Roast vegetable salad. Just roast things like potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, onions, capsicums, then when cooked sprinkle a little oil and vinegar dressing over the top and toss in some rocket and cherry tomatoes. Yum! Put some tooth picks nearby so people can just pick up the things they want to eat.

Air popped popcorn. It is delicious and unless you add salt or butter it is completely healthy.

Popcorn mixed with some candy corn (especially the caramel kind) is yummy, at least i think it is anyways.
