Ouran High School Host Club Cosplay/Costume Question?

Hey!
I'm in a bit of a dilemma here, I want to cosplay Kaoru and my best friend wants to be Hikaru (The Hitachiin twins from the Ouran series) I especially want to cosplay him in his 'Cheshire cat' costume and no matter how much I have searched I can't find where to buy it!

I have searched on the internet and I can't find where to buy the costume, if you find it please post the link here!
Also, please look out for ANY of the twins outfits, we want them all

I don't think a store actually has a costume for it u__u So I will put everything you need together!

Neck bandanna - go to walmart/target/michaels/ store that sells fabric and get a yellow fabric bandanna suitable for your neck size.
Also get acrylic nails! Should definitely be tons during Halloween season.
